Over that time period, any new and replacement equipment has also been built and installed by Geeks. Close to 90% of our business is conducted via the internet. Wed be in serious trouble if our network went down. Geeks of Nevada has proven to a be responsive, reliable, and highly skilled service provider. Ive found that the most important service Geeks of Nevada provides is a regular, scheduled, monthly maintainence service. Any issues are found and corrected before problems crop up. On-site and off-site backups are verified. Windows updates are selectively installed. Rates are reasonable, service is superior. Ive been in the unfortunate position to have experienced a total data loss a number of years ago. I can rest easy with Geeks of Nevada taking care of my critical and sensitive data. Chris has come to our rescue many times and has always known what to do to improve our computer. We no longer have dial up, but we have just we need to suit our lifestyle. When we mess up something, he is always available to straighten it out for us. We wouldnt go anywhere else. Set up my computer for wireless internet and email. They can even access my computer remotely and help me with any problems. My laptop was set up by Geeks so that my office computer can be accessed remotely so my emails can be answered and web site updated from the road. Geeks of Nevadas service is always prompt and any issues are resolved perfectly. As owner of Pet Sitters Plus I know a lot about animals and nothing about computers....but Chris has kept us up and running and our billing info safe and sound.
